With concerns over the coronavirus dominating the news and causing continued market volatility, we want to assure you that our service will not be compromised.
We have strategies in place that allow our associates to take calls from our multi-office locations as well work remotely from their homes. Both allow our associates to take calls and interact in the same manner (routing, skill levels and productivity) as they would in the office. We have developed and tested business continuity plans that enable us to continue to support our plans and participants. We are well prepared and have the ability to continue to serve participants virtually.
As always, we are committed to doing all we can to continue to provide you with the service and responsiveness you are accustomed to. During this time of high volumes, there may be some instances where you could experience slightly longer than normal service times.
